It appears that some senior officers are experiencing an error message stating that they are "not authorized" for the site. This seems to be happening only to certain people, and not even all the time.

If you get the message, chances are you have been logged in.  Here is a temporary work around.  If you get the message, click through to OK or CANCEL.  Then, click the webpage HOME button (not the brower home).  It is located towards the top center above the picture.
