New RP: USS Hood
A long-range subspace encoded communication was just received from an unknown sector, which contained a brief status log entry. It is believed to have been sent to Starfleet from the newly commissioned ship, the USS Hood. This communication is worrying to say the least.
Captain’s Log: Stardate 50982.4
Someone, perhaps a crew member, has managed to smuggle an alien life-form on board that is slowly turning my crew and my ship against me. So far, my senior staff has not been affected, to my knowledge. However, they’re also pretty distracted studying technical journals & history records to keep ourselves up to date on current technologies.

Captain’s Log Supplemental:
It’s been several hours, and this creature… has managed to gain control of every system on the ship. No one knows what it wants, or why the computer is randomly giving out odd quotes & limericks… As for the rest of my crew, the…

USS Cymru: Friend or Foe?
USS Cymru Ship Log
Executive Officer Commander Sophie Johnson reporting
After Q intervened with our mission and removed the Captain from the ship, Commander Johnson managed to convince Q that it would be in his best interests to return our ship and crew, including the Captain, to our original coordinates before Q arrived.
Only moments after we were back on course, the USS Cymru was up against a huge threat. The Romulans were back with their new advanced ship and wanted our Captain eliminated! Captain Skytower, always a quick thinker, called out to the helm to execute the Picard Maneuver and fire a Photon Torpedo. We escaped with this maneuver and blinded the enemy sensors.
Captain Skytower ordered the ship to the Pelok System where his Ferengi contact Gek owed the Captain a few favors. Against his better judgement, the Captain had lent Gek the use of his own personal shuttle to run some errands while he was gone, however Gek found himself in trouble which resulted in the shuttle being impounded by a Federation patrol.
After much groveling for forgiveness, Gek gave the Captain the location of the Impound Base – the Li’Tok System in the DMZ. What Gek was doing out there we may never know.
