It’s hard to believe that Star Trek, The Original Series is now 46 years old! To help celebrate that, a younger  company in comparison, Google have dedicated their Doodle (banner graphic on their search webpage) to the occasion. These things are usually up for a day only so our Trekkie spies have nabbed a few pictures before they are lost in the wormhole forever.

If your lucky enough to get to https://www.google.com/ on this day, 7th Sept 2012 you should be able to link to this page which has an interactive doodle.  Click certain characters and props and they activate scenes. Definitely one of the best Google Doodles yet.
